What is the difference between animal abuse and animal research? Well, my tax dollars, for one. Neither advances human health, but does afford big paychecks to those with university positions. Take the sheep case, for example. 30 years, millions of dollars, for what? What cure? What treatment? Name one sailor saved with anything learned from these sheep? And it all came out of our pockets.
Your failure to recognize the obvious differences between animal abuse and their use in medical research says it all.
